Machinery, equipment, hardware, software purchase and rental expenses for companies to make contractor agreements with companies, institutions and/or public institutions residing abroad, training, consultancy and software developer certification expenses, service/software certification, test analysis, product validation expenses, expenses related to patent, design, model, intellectual property rights registration, expenses for 5 times traveling abroad and accommodation of the project personnel related to installation and maintenance, employment expenses of 2 project employees at the same time are supported.

Advertising, promotion and marketing expenses, internet infrastructure installation and rental, hardware and software purchase/rental expenses of data centers established in our country by data center operator companies located in Turkey, which obtain at least 20% of their service revenues from abroad, training and consultancy expenses, service/software certification and testing/analysis expenses are supported.
